❓ Does your heart race when you think about standing up to speak?
❓ Does the idea of a best man speech make you want to run to the nearest cave and hide?
❓ Do you see charismatic speakers and trainers and think, I could never do that?
❓ Must all your speeches be prepared in advance and written with precision?
If so, then this is the workshop for you!
We are very excited that Keira Keogh is bringing this workshop to JCI Ireland & BNI.
During this workshop, she will use her skills as a behavioural psychologist mixed with all the tips & tricks she has learned about public speaking during her time in JCI to help you feel the fear and do it anyway.
Upon joining JCI in 2013, Keira's legs would shake when she stood up to say even just my name in a group. Five short years later and she now speaks off the cuff, with no shake in her legs or her voice to hundreds and frequently gives seminars for JCI and her business. Public speaking and presenting has become so enjoyable for Keira and has opened so many doors, she now has a passion to give this skill to as many as she can.
The workshop itself will be a very informal, flexible style tailored on the evening depending on the participants needs, be that just getting your name out confidently or managing to tell the room about your favourite holiday destination, to maybe even delivering a three minute speech to the room on a topic gotten only a few minutes in advance.
Keira is very much looking forward to meeting BNI and JCI Members and helping you to accept this challenge.
Testimonial:
In just four short sessions, Keira helped me to do the impossible. From thinking I was going to mess up the speech or choke at the mic to delivering a five minute speech confidently with no notes. If she can do this for me, she can do it for anyone!
