Imposter Syndrome is that feeling you get when you think you’re not good enough and you’re going to be “found out” as a total fraud. It affects up to 70% of workers at some stage in their career and happens at all levels in organisations, from entry level to senior executive leaders.
We are thrilled to have the founder of Happier at Work, Aoiie O'Brien, speaking at the 2022 JCI Ireland National Convention on 'Navigating Imposter Syndrome'.
During this workshop she will cover:
What is imposter syndrome?
How it shows up (some sneaky ways too!)
Who gets imposter syndrome & the 5 types of imposter
Impact on men versus women (from my research)
The positives of Imposter syndrome (yes, there are some)
What we can do about it - the ABC approach
Exploring ways Imposter Syndrome could be holding you back from achieving your true potential, Aoife will take us through techniques to overcome our fears and set us on a path to success.
This workshop is part of the 2022 JCI Ireland National Convention program, but we also have a limited number of tickets available for non-members who would like to join us on Saturday, October 15th at 12 pm at the Dublin Chamber of Commerce.
